The system can meet the requirements of drilling.Waste discharged byshaker desander and desilter is transported to the drill chip drier by the screw conveyor for dehydration treatment.Solid phase of the drilling cuttings removal machine enters the debris box,liquid phase enters the dryng sieve, solid phase discharged by drying sieve enters into the debris box, liquid phase discharged into the centrifuge, waste discharged from the centrifuge is sent to the mixer for drying by the screw conveyor, discharge of solid enters into the debris box,and liquid enters into the storage tank.

◆　The solid substance in the waste drilling mud (drilling cuttings) can be treated immediately into dry mud cake and slag, which has been harmless and can be directly paved in the well site or the wellsite road, and also can be recycled.
