FIELD USE OF DRILL BITS

◆　Avoid collision during bit handling, check whether the cutting tooth is damaged before use, and whether the faucet is blocked or not.

◆ Use professional upper shackle on drill bit while drilling and control the running speed Apply the drill pipe in the lower part of the way and turn the pump round l-2 times to avoid clogging the faucet.Try to avoid using a bit to reaming. If necessary rotate the bit slowly with a large displacement, and the time is no more than 2 hours.  

◆ After the drill is lowered to the bottom of the well, it is removed more than 0 5 meters above the bottom. The mud is recycled and the driHing tool is slowly rotated to ensure the bottom of the well is clean. After the drill touches bottom, shape the bottom 0.5-1 meters with low drilling speed and low drilling pressure.

◆ The drilling parameters should be selected by the optimum bit pressure test method to achieve the fastest drilling rate, but not exceed the recommended plant parameters.Tha parameters can be adjusted according to the change of stratum to obtain the optimum drilling rate.

◆ Insist on using drill pipe filter when drilling to prevent plug.Perform normal drilling according to selected drilling bit pressure and drilling speed, and drill evenly.When drilling the hard interlayer, the drilling pressure can be reduced properly,and the drilling pressure will be resumed after drilling.
